Vann’s staffs professionals for each of these responsibilities. Our delivery associates are all in–house staff members who are prescreened and extensively trained to handle your purchase carefully. Vann’s in–house installation department also attends regular and thorough training on best practices and new technology. In the unlikely event that your product needs repair work, our experienced service technicians are trained and certified by manufacturers.

Delivery

The Vann’s Delivery service will take care of that for you. From the store to your home, we’ll move it with the utmost care.

Installation

The highly trained professionals at Vann’s will install your new purchase whether it’s custom kitchen appliances or a full entertainment system for your living room. Vann’s installers have the tools and the training to get it done correctly.

Repair


Vann's service repairman fixing a washing machine Vann’s service department is available to support the products we sell (with the exception of computers which are sent to computer specialists for repair). We can repair in– and out–of–warranty products should anything go wrong. The service technicians on staff are trained by our manufacturer partners and may be certified (depending on certification availability). If you need assistance with something you purchased at Vann’s, you can either return it to the Service center at the Missoula store, or one of our technicians will come out to your home to make repairs.
